This Week at WMCH: Chalice of Salvation, Wake, Registration Open!

Posted by nechc on February 19, 2011

Peggy Weber from the Diocese contacted Patrice MacArthur. She would like members of our homeschooling group to take part in the Chalice of Salvation Mass next week. The taping is on Thursday, Feb. 24th at 6 pm.
People are asked to be there at 5:30.
It is at the Holy Spirit Chapel behind St. Michael’s Cathedral. The Marshall Center is the hall next to it. The parking lot is on Elliot Street. She is also looking for readers and gift bearers. I’ve put it on our calendar. Can anyone else go? Any volunteers for readers or gift bearers? Thanks!

Note: Please call friends you know do not check email often!

There will be a wake for Father Vic Carrier on Sunday, February 20, 2011 from 1-4PM at Holy Cross Church Springfield. At the end of the wake there will be a short prayer service. We will still be celebrating the 6pm Mass as usual and all are welcome.

There will be a funeral service on Monday, February 21, 2011 at 10:30AM at Holy Cross Church. Burial at St. Rose de Lima Cemetery in Chicopee immediately following.

Early Bird Registration is up and available at our Eventbrite page. It also lists our confirmed vendors, our speakers and links you to our official web page. You can pay by credit card or Paypal.

Here at Eventbrite.

Please note I’ll be working on the March newsletter soon. Great opportunity to promote your Lenten projects or parish events.

With devotion to His Sacred Heart,
Mary and
The Team at WMCH
